Demolishing can appear easy to do, since you are just destroying and old structure. Don’t let what appears to be simple be quoted simple. Proper permits need to be obtained, and in some instances, an asbestos inspection and/or removal may be required. Proper razing of a structure requires well thought planning. Focusing on creating small pieces of debris will allow for full truck loads to the dump, and this is important to keep the weight refuse fee as low as possible.
